My life has imploded, can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Sometimes life can explode and we at Hyvä understand that. However, we are currently running a very tight ship. As soon as we receive payments for purchases, whether in full or down payment the money is used to purchase materials for builds. As well as pay our staff to make your sweet new rig. Unfortunately, we just cannot offer refunds at this time, it’s just not possible. One day down the road we may be able to offer this, but as of right now it is not possible.
Free Shipping: If an item qualifies for free shipping, this offer applies only to the lower 48 U.S. states and Canadian provinces. Additional shipping fees may apply to remote or territorial locations due to increased carrier costs and service limitations. Affected areas include, but are not limited to, rural and hard-to-access regions, as well as Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Customers in affected locations will be notified prior to shipment of any additional charges and will have the opportunity to confirm whether they wish to proceed with the order.
Privacy: Hyvä respects the privacy of all our customers. None of your information will be sold to any third party.
Warranty: All Hyvä products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty to be free of defects. Warranty only applies to the structural integrity of our products. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or velcro surfaces. Customers are subject to applicable shipping charges for warranty repair or replacement claims. Hyvä reserves the right to refuse warranty service at their discretion.

What is B Stock?
B-Stock refers to items that are fully functional and structurally sound, but do not meet “A-grade” cosmetic or finishing standards for retail sale. These units are sold at a reduced price due to visible imperfections that occurred during manufacturing, finishing, or material processing.
Common reasons an item may be classified as B-Stock include, but are not limited to:
-
Finish imperfections such as uneven clear coat, stain variation, runs, orange peel, or minor surface defects in the finish application
-
Cosmetic wood defects including excessive snipe, milling marks, slight tear-out, or grain inconsistencies that fall outside premium grading standards
-
Minor dimensional or aesthetic inconsistencies that do not impact fit or function but affect visual uniformity
-
Handling or production marks acquired during sanding, machining, assembly, or packaging
B-Stock items are not considered structurally compromised. The core frame, joinery, and functional integrity remain within acceptable tolerances. Any imperfections are strictly cosmetic or surface-level and do not affect performance, durability, or intended use.
